You can use on 110v, then if you lose power, operate on propane. No need for expensive back up generators. This CSA certified product is perfect for off-grid living, large families and hunt/fish camps.

Important Note: This freezer is designed to be run on propane as the primary energy source. The electric feature is for backup in case you run out of propane, and have a generator to plug it into until you can refill your tank.
