ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. OUR VENDORS WILL NOT ISSUE CREDIT FOR THEM OTHERWISE.
Defective Items
Within 30 days of receipt of your order (10 Days for any Summit Appliance) please call 1-800-771-7702 with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will then determine if you need an RMA (return merchandise authorization number) and provide return instructions. NOTE: some manufactures will NOT provide replacements for defective items. They ask that the item be returned to them for repair. Special order items, software packages, gas fittings and electronic devices such as charge controllers, inverters, adapters, and lithium batteries with electronic battery management systems are non-returnable unless determined to be defective by the manufacturer. Please call technical support at 800-771-7702 if you believe your item is defective. Special order items will be identified in the description on the product page.
Returns for items purchased in a package
The same policy applies for items defective or not. However, since the individual items were priced as part of the overall package, you will be given a full refund of the individual part cost at time of purchase, minus restocking and shipping fees if applicable.
Non-Defective Items
If you wish to return any of Ben's Deals' non-defective products, excluding special order items, software packages, gas fittings and electronic devices such as charge controllers, inverters, adapters, and lithium batteries with electronic battery management systems, we will refund any purchase within 30 days of receipt, (10 Days for any Summit Appliances) minus return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. (25% for Summit Appliances). Call 1-800-771-7702 To see if your item requires an RMA number. Once the item and its contents have been returned in their proper condition, we will then refund your credit card for the full purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee of the total sale price and return shipping charges. Do Not return anything without calling us first! Returned orders will not be accepted without authorization, nor will orders refused upon delivery. We are not able to return non-defective inventory to our vendors, therefore, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
