I accidentally ordered a propane stove instead of a natural gas one, but Melissa at customer service told me how to convert it. She was great and despite my mistake, the experience wasn’t painful or upsetting. 10/10 customer service.
My experience with this purchase was perfect.
The sales person, Ben himself, was knowledgeable and helpful. The follow-up calls with a gentleman named Dillon were courteous and kind. Well informed and responsible.
I have exactly what I needed and expected. A good little propane range that fits my space and fills my needs.
The service was very good.
I am pleased and grateful.
Great stove with the best price I checked all over town plus Amazon and ebay I couldn't find a better price and didn't have to wait for it Ben's had plenty in stock
From ordering our stove through the delivery of the stove, everything was above my expectations. It reminded me of the old days of good service. I will definitely buy from this company again and would recommend them to anyone I know thank you, Mahalo.
My stove arrived damage, but customer service was excellent and they sent me out a new door panel which was easy to install. Customer service was exceptional.
Store owner replied:
Thanks for your kind review Ron, we're glad we could help and that you were able to replace the panel without too much inconvenience.
They were very helpful. Took the time on the phone to work through the best product for me which was very helpful. Item shipped quickly and arrived well packed and in good condition. Was a refreshing experience compared to many other businesses these days.
